From Different Points of View

Picture
From Different Points of View.
A night of Artistic Expression from the perspectives of Delores Herringshaw and Laura Stisser. The reception will run from 7p-9pm.  There will be wine, soft drinks and light appetizers.

When: June 21, 2019, 7PM-9PM
Where: Studio24 Art Gallery, 433 Hawley Ave. Syracuse

Laura Stisser has been painting since 2009 when she stepped away from her recruiting career to spend more time with her family. Since then she has had a ball painting with acrylics, pastels, watercolors and absolutely loves using texture. Most recently she has been trying to master the art of the acrylic pour which is a combination of chemistry and art. She has many pieces here reflecting this new technique. When she is not painting Laura has also been enjoying her new career as an actor.

Delores Herringshaw
"The creation of art has been an integral part of my life from early childhood to Senior Citizen.  My paintings are a reflection of the world as it is and as I would like it to be.
I see art as a way to adapt to life, to alter, to experiment with the many facets good or bad in every one's life. To strive to interpret and to project as best I can the joys and sorrows of living, mostly the beauty around me."
